Merchant general terms and conditions
When you order from a store using your Points, you accept the following general terms and conditions:
Delivery policy: Rewards Store orders are usually delivered within 14 working days (excluding public holidays) of the order being successfully processed (i.e. Points and any cash payment are received). Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, and delivery timeframes may extend up to 30 days. Products cannot be delivered to post boxes and the store declines any liability in the event of failure to deliver due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, customs problems or in the event of force majeure.
In case of delayed shipments due to incomplete Consumer details, Merchant will attempt to contact Consumer to update delivery details. If no resolution has been made after 3 attempts the order will be cancelled, and Consumer and Collinson notified accordingly.
Return policy: Refunds or replacements aren’t provided if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. Please carefully check your order before buying through the Rewards Store. Subject to your non-excludable statutory rights, products won’t be replaced if stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or otherwise altered after delivery. Please inspect a product as soon as possible after delivery to confirm it matches the description provided and is of acceptable quality. Any damage observed after opening the parcel and examining the goods must be reported to the relevant parcel service and to the partner within 48 hours of delivery so as to trigger the replacement or repair process. If you receive damaged products, make sure you always keep the shipping boxes and documents until your request has been received and satisfactorily processed.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Your purchase order, to which these Terms and Conditions apply, is between you and Luxetech General Trading LLC. The purchase price of this product is the price when the Purchase order is made. Luxetech is not obliged to make any payment concerning the product on offer. Luxetech is entitled at any time to refuse and revoke Awards if they suspect fraud, deception,misuse of the promotional activities, or if in their opinion assume the transaction to be of a fradulent nature. Luxetech General Trading LLC not liable for any additional charges which include but is not limited to; Custom charges, import duties, taxes and clearance fees, where applicable at the destination. The purchased goods should be delivered within 10 working days and Luxetech is not liable for any delayed shipping times or an inability to deliver the ordered products in the event of any circumstances beyond Luxetech control. Luxetech General Trading LLC will forward your contact details to a third party, who will use these details solely for the purpose of shipping the ordered products. The buyer is obliged to inspect the delivered products immediately upon delivery and receipt. Any defect identified upon receipt shall be informed to Luxetech within 48hours of the receipt of the order. The return of the ordered product is at the sole expense of the buyer, and must be returned in their original and undamaged packaging and shall include the original packing slip. The return of the ordered products does not apply to : - Electronic items; if the seal has been broken or tampered with by the buyer. - Perfumes and Cosmetics, if the package is opened.
